This Month’s Theme & Facilitator
Leadership: What does it take to build a high-performing Communication team? How can you build credibility for the Comms function within your organization? How can you take your team from tactical order-takers to strategic advisors?
Kristin Linklater, SCMP, Executive Director of Communications & Marketing at Simon Fraser University, will kick off the conversation by asking questions and sharing the war stories and transformational lessons she’s gleaned from decades in the profession. Then, we’ll use our combined experiences and brainpower to share insights to solve each other’s most pressing challenges.
