Join IABC/BC’s upcoming Senior Communicators Special Interest Group (SIG) virtual session focused on leadership.

About this Event

The Senior Communicators SIG offers seasoned professionals — those with 15+ years’ experience—an opportunity to exchange ideas in a supportive, informal environment.

The impact of rapid change and uncertainty from the corona virus crisis poses extraordinary challenges for leaders and continues to raise many questions. How to drive strategic initiatives in the face of rapid change and ambiguity? How to best support teams when anxiety levels are high and teams are working remotely? How to support open communication and decisive action, while grappling with a situation that also calls for pragmatism and caution?

This conversation-style session will provide a chance for leaders to share successes, mistakes, and strategies for how to better support our teams and lead our organizations in these tumultuous times.

This session will be facilitated by: Kristin Linklater, SCMP, Executive Director, Marketing and Communications, Simon Fraser University
