Lauren Tokiwa
Lauren is a firm believer in the power of people, and has an amazing ability to locate talented individuals for those hard-to-fill roles. As a Recruitment Consultant with Smart, Savvy & Associates for more than 3-years, she has successfully partnered with clients from a variety of industries to help grow their teams with standout Marketing and Communications professionals. Lauren graduated with her Bachelor of Business, specializing in Human Resource Management. Her background in hospitality and customer service, combined with her work as a Smart Savvy Talent Researcher, drive her passion for building genuine and lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

Sophie Kelk
Sophie is Account Director at Jive PR + Digital, where she leads the team across multiple consumer and brand clients. A PR professional with a strong strategic approach to communications, she was named one of Travel Trade Gazette’s 30 Under 30 and has worked across a vast portfolio of travel and lifestyle clients including Best Western, Radisson Hotel Group and Minor Hotels. Having started her PR career in London and pitching stories big and small to both local and international media, Sophie has a strong understanding of the best way to approach pitching to achieve results for her clients.

Jordan Bower
Jordan Bower runs a storytelling training, consulting and coaching business called Transformational Storytelling. He works with executives, sales teams, people & culture teams, internal consultants, change managers, data analysts and brand teams, helping them get clear on their strategic narrative, and then develop the tactics to spread that message effectively. Jordan’s clients include Canadian Tire, CIBC and the RCMP, as well as Silicon Valley technology companies like Mozilla and Autodesk. His website is jordanbower.com.

Robert Willis
Robert Willis is an award-winning digital storyteller. A writer/journalist for 20+ years, Robert has been in the social space professionally for over 10 years having worked with Nike, Wasserman as well various government organizations. Robert leads a one-stop shop encompassing all expects of the digital experience for TransLink’s social media customers including strategy, social listening, content creation, engagement and analytics.
