DESCRIPTION:The BC Chapter of IABC is one the world’s largest and offers 
 a variety of events to bring our members together. We hold informal Get Co
 nnected events a couple of times a year to showcase how you can get involv
 ed in our local chapter and to highlight some benefits you may not know ab
 out.  You’ll also get to meet fellow communicators and marketers in an 
 informal setting.\n\nLearn about:\n\n 	Becoming a volunteer\n 	How to beco
 me a speaker/share your expertise\n 	Certification\n 	Membership benefits\
 n 	Joining as a student/newcomer to Canada/BC\n\nAppetizers will be served
 . Happy hour pricing on drinks and more food will be available until 7pm.\
 n\nIt’s free to attend but please register soon as space is limited and
