 aining/consulting experience. Joe started his career at Northeastern Illin
 ois University’s business school\, teaching sales and marketing courses 
 and classes in management\, finance and personnel. In 1993\, Joe co-founde
 d Zehren Friedman Associates\, which teaches the “persuasive arts” of 
 selling\, presenting\, negotiating and influence. As CFO\, Joe oversees cl
 ient development\, program delivery and people development. He conducts 10
 0+ days of training annually. He previously worked at First National Bank 
 of Chicago and at The Executive Technique\, a firm specializing in present
 ation skills training.
