 So you’ve explored IABC’s Career Roadmap and you want to delve deeper 
 into mapping your path in communications. Join our professional developmen
 t event November 18 to hear our panel of experts discuss career mapping th
 rough the lens of current research\, projected job market and recruitment 
 opportunities. They’ll offer practical tips for all stages.\n\nThe arc o
 f work life has changed dramatically over the past 20 years. Together\, Ge
 n Z (up to age 30) and millennials (30-45) now make up more than 50 per ce
 nt of the workforce and are projected to hold 10-15 jobs in their working 
 lifetime. At the other end of the working spectrum\, Boomers (age 62+) are
  creating opportunities with “working retirement\,” staying in the wor
 kforce longer\,&nbsp\;and adding side-gigs in new areas. And in between\, 
 the Gen X generation are considering new mid- to late-career changes unlik
 e any time before now.\n\nYou’ll hear from an expert panel including per
