DESCRIPTION:The numbers are in and the Great Resignation has taken its toll
 \, wreaking havoc on sectors and industries across the board. While commun
 ications and marketing has struggled as a whole to retain and recruit new\
 , top-notch talent — non-profits and public sector have been hit especia
 lly hard by the challenges of limited promotional budgets and restrictions
  on what we can say publicly about salaries and culture.\n\nDuring this SI
 G event\, we'll delve into the nitty gritty of recruitment and corporate b
 randing when it comes to the public sector. We'll discuss learnings\, crea
 tive recruitment tactics\, and how we can compete with the glitz and glamo
 ur of private sector hiring. Whether you're struggling with recruitment\, 
 have some great wise practices to share\, or you're just curious and looki
 ng to connect with peers\, we hope you'll join us for what's sure to be a
