DESCRIPTION:\n\n\nJoin IABC/BC’s Senior Communicators Special Interest Gr
 oup (SIG) in-person session\, with a focus on responding to changing envir
 onments\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout this event\n\n\n\nJoin IABC/BC’s upcoming Se
 nior Communicators Special Interest Group (SIG) virtual session. The Seni
 or Communicators SIG offers seasoned professionals — those with 15+ year
 s’ experience—an opportunity to exchange ideas in a supportive\, infor
 mal environment.\n\nAs workplaces have evolved over the last (almost) two-
 years\, features such as increased flexibility and reduced social contact 
 have impacted the way employees interact and communicate with each other. 
 While some changes are temporary\, some are likely longer lasting\, potent
 ially affecting employee recruitment\, engagement\, and retention. Join us
  for a discussion of these trends and how fellow Senior Communicators are 
 addressing them.\n\nThis session will be facilitated by: Gary Carr\, Seni
 or Communications Consultant and Dana Higgins\, Associate Director\, Comm
 unity Engagement and Partnerships.\nEvent details\n\n 	Date: February 1\,

 e via Zoom\, where like-minded communicators meet to connect and exchange 
 knowledge around relevant\, emerging topics within the communications comm
 unity. There is no charge for IABC/BC members\, and a nominal fee for non-
 members.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nProof of Vaccination:\n\nProof of full COVID-19 vac
 cination and photo ID is required to access restaurants in British Columbi
 a.\n\nMasks:\n\nMasks must be worn when moving through the restaurant. Mas
 ks may be removed while seated at the table.\n\nWe ask that everyone be co
 nsiderate of their fellow guests as comfort levels will vary. If you're fe
 eling ill\, please let us know and we will reimburse your ticket.\n\nWe wi
