 \, with a focus on preparing our communication teams for the future.\n\n\n
 \n\n\nAbout this Event\n\n\n\nJoin IABC/BC’s upcoming Senior Communicat
 ors Special Interest Group (SIG) virtual session\, this time with a focus
  on preparing our Communication teams for the future. The Senior Communica
 tors SIG offers seasoned professionals — those with 15+ years’ experie
 nce—an opportunity to exchange ideas in a supportive\, informal environm
 ent.\n\nToday’s communicators are more valued than ever\, and our commun
 ication teams need to reflect the changing needs of our multi-tiered audie
 nces. Technology\, leadership styles\, and increasing pressures to do more
  have accelerated change in the communications profession.\n\nIn this SIG 
 conversation\, we will explore how we\, as leaders\, can keep pace with th
 e skills needed on our teams\, discuss which skills are becoming less impo
 rtant\, and identify challenges we have in making our own teams more agile
 .\n\nThis session will be facilitated by: Linda Ong\, BA\, ABC\; Director

 ormer IABC/BC Vice President (2014)\n\nLinda is an award-winning senior co
 mmunicator\, with a fondness for employee engagement\, strategic communica
 tions\, and organizational development. Having previously served in variou
 s Board roles with IABC/BC\, she currently volunteers on the Communication
 s Cabinet of EDUCAUSE\, and recently completed adjudicating this year’s
