SUMMARY:What Your Employees Think of Your Digital Communications from IABC
 Philadelphia
DESCRIPTION:\n\nIn the days of COVID-19\, we are relying even more heavily
on digital channels. It's now mission-critical to make the most of each on
e and adapt our approaches to meet employees' needs and to help achieve bu
siness goals.\n\nThis session starts with several ways to gain actionable
insights about your digital communications. You’ll learn how to extract
more information from usage statistics—which numbers to pay attention to
and which are no more than “vanity metrics.” You’ll see how employe
es evaluate a number of digital channels through surveys and focus groups\
, all of which you can adapt to your own communication program measurement
. The final section shows survey findings on employees’ reactions to the
introduction of Workplace just months before the pandemic\, and how it wa
s evaluated nine months into the pandemic.\n\nThis session offers tips on
extracting more actionable information from usage statistics for our digit
al channels and shows examples of the types of questions to ask in surveys
and focus groups to identify what is working well and what needs to be im
proved. Examples from clients’ research projects translate these concept
s into practical steps participants can use at their own companies.\nAbout
