Are you passionate about taking complex financial information and making it clear, concise and easy for the public to understand? It so, this position is for you.

As a member of the Civic Engagement and Communications team, and reporting to the Associate Director, you will support the Finance, Risk and Supply Management portfolio, working on high-profile files including the City's annual budget, the Empty Homes Tax, investor relations and participatory budgeting.

The position is responsible for creation of communication plans and content for various tools and channels to inform the public about key initiatives, their expected impacts and the opportunities for public involvement.

You should have 5-7 years of experience working in a corporate setting.

Prior experience supporting financial reporting, particularly for a public entity, would be a definite asset.
