We’re hiring! MCABC is recruiting a Marketing Manager whose role will be instrumental to the growth of the Association. It’s a transformative and exciting time to join our team. We have begun re-imagining our future; with the help of our Marketing Manager, we will continue to deliver on and evolve our brand and grow our Association.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Specific responsibilities of the position include (but are not limited to):
- Multi-stakeholder engagement
- Membership sales and marketing
- Web site and social media management
- Brand management
- Event management
- Media relations
EXPERIENCE
Business proficiency is a must in this role as is experience leading large-scale brand and communications initiatives, closing sales and optimizing the digital experience. Experience within the construction industry and not-for-profit associations preferred. In addition to at least five years of experience in a similar role, candidates for consideration will have a Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications or Journalism.
