JOB SUMMARY
Coordination and development of internal and/or external communication materials (e.g. newsletters, internet/intranet pages, presentations, email communications, social media content).
The successful candidate will support the account team for both internal communications and external communications to the client.
Essential Duties
Train and educate account staff (e.g. Client Services Representatives, Facility Managers, Project Managers) on fundamentals of communication (written and verbal).
Leads the co-ordination and development of a wide variety of templated, company-sanctioned communications materials that may include newsletters, announcements, maps, and executive summary brochures for in-house and client presentations. Reviews internal and external collateral materials, proofreads content, ensures appropriate branding.
Works closely with the CBRE team, the client and other key stakeholders to develop and implement communication plans. Assists in the development of a communication strategy to connect with all building owners, tenants, and occupants as the Operations Team conducts maintenance activities and implements projects.
Supports communications needs of corporate operations and/or designated business groups and departments.
Performs other duties as assigned.
