Our Experience, Marketing and Insights department has a unique opportunity for a creative individual to join their team. As a creative services & marketing coordinator, you'll be responsible for collaborating with internal departments across the organization to coordinate and implement creative production, resource development, and multimedia projects from conception through final publication and launch. You'll work with the creative services team for graphic designs and video production, ensuring quality control of deliverables and monitoring project milestones from pre- to post production.

As a creative services & marketing coordinator you will:
- Coordinate with internal teams to produce corporate products, health and safety resources, and creative assets to effectively deliver messages to the target audiences within prescribed corporate style and standards
- Support the development, project management and implementation of product and resource initiatives across the organization to produce timely, strategic, and effective products that promote a positive change in attitudes and behaviours in workplaces across the province
- Discuss and analyze needs, objectives, scope, production timelines, budget and creative approval with clients; develop workback schedules and manage clients' expectations around timing and costs; maintain production schedules and project calendars for the department
- Present creative, multimedia, and print production concepts to internal clients and receive feedback for review and approval; collaborate with the client, subject matter experts, and internal teams on edits and changes to ensure technical accuracy, and proper use of WorkSafeBC Experience guidelines, standards, and tone
We're looking for someone who can:
- Build and strengthen relationships with business leads, subject matter experts, writers, editors, and designers
- Use judgment and resourcefulness to develop and deliver strategies and solutions that consider multiple perspectives, are customized to the clients' needs, and are aligned to the corporate brand
- Proactively seek out information in order to plan and organize work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment with competing priorities and shifting deadlines
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing in order to prepare and present to senior management and other internal and external audiences of various sizes and interests
Your experience and educational background:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration with a Marketing focus or another related discipline
- A minimum of 3 years of recent related experience involving planning and coordinating creative services and multimedia projects, overseeing creative and publication production schedules
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
