Description

The Real Estate Foundation of BC (REFBC) is hiring a Communications Manager to lead on outreach and storytelling for the Healthy Watersheds Initiative (HWI), a $27-million economic recovery program that’s creating jobs, supporting UNDRIP implementation and Indigenous leadership, and restoring the lakes, rivers, and wetlands we all rely on.

This is a one-year position starting in January 2022, with the possibility to extend, based in Vancouver, BC.

The Communications Manager will work closely with the HWI Co-Directors, a Program Coordinator, and other team members at REFBC and Watersheds BC to lead and implement communications and engagement strategies.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a communicator with strong project management skills, a knack for storytelling, and strong commitments to equity, sustainability, and decolonization.

The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000 per year, plus benefits.
