Member login outage scheduled [UPDATED]

Update: IABC International has confirmed data transfer will begin sometime during the evening of Thursday, April 10. As a result, membership transactions (join or renew) or any other functionality requiring member login at www.iabc.com will be unavailable from April 10-14.

Original post: We have reports of some new members experiencing a temporary issue registering for the member rate for events or registering for the member rate for Jobline postings. We are currently investigating the issue, but if you are experiencing one of these issues please contact:

  • Our office admin team, Office Suites, by phone at 604-878-1320 or by email at iabcbc@vancouveroffice.com for event issues
  • jobline@iabc.bc.ca for job posting issues.

As well, IABC International is in the final phases of rolling out its new digital platform, which includes new website membership functionality and new membership database (including MMA). At the moment, IABC International is scheduled to begin data migration on Friday, March 27, though this date is dependent on a number of variables. Once data migration begins, there will be a 3-4 day outage for membership processing and MMA access.Visit the IABC International website at www.iabc.com for more information.
