Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a first time rider, we’ll help you set up, get comfortable, and find the beat as we ride together as one IABC/BC.
The talented Carson Keller, coach at Spin Society and Executive Administrator at IABC/BC will lead us through a 50-minute ride at the beautiful Mount Pleasant Spin Society studio, all set to your favourite songs by the queens of pop.
