Presented by Christine Kitson and Abby Guthkelch
Employee experience is one of the most important attributes to why someone desires to work where they do. Even ahead of pay and compensation. At the heart of that experience is culture. It’s connecting people and creating and maintaining a place people want to show up. But given the future of work is remote, how can employers continue to keep its workforce connected and maintain a caring culture? In this Masterclass, hear from Christine Kitson, Senior Manager, Internal Communications, ASPCA and Abby Guthkelch, Global Communications Lead, Workplace, as they discuss how connecting and inspiring employees is at the heart of employee experience.
Presenter / Christine Kitson At the ASPCA, Christine works to ensure employees are informed and engaged ambassadors of the organization’s mission and life-saving work.
