About the Presenter
Joe Friedman
Consultant with Ragan Consulting Group
Joe has 30+ years of sales, sales management and training/consulting experience. Joe started his career at Northeastern Illinois University’s business school, teaching sales and marketing courses and classes in management, finance and personnel. In 1993, Joe co-founded Zehren Friedman Associates, which teaches the “persuasive arts” of selling, presenting, negotiating and influence. As CFO, Joe oversees client development, program delivery and people development. He conducts 100+ days of training annually. He previously worked at First National Bank of Chicago and at The Executive Technique, a firm specializing in presentation skills training.
