If you have been in the industry for less than four years, recently switched to Communications from another field, or you are student of Communications, then we’re talking to you.
We are hosting an informal Special Interest Group (SIG) for you to meet other new communicators and chat about best practices. The focus of this SIG will be media relations.
Award winning reporter, video journalist and storyteller Stu McNish will be discussing: how to get your story to stand out; how to best pitch your story to the media, and how to navigate an interview while sticking to your key messages. Bring your questions because after the presentation, Stu will lead a Q+A.
