The numbers are in and the Great Resignation has taken its toll, wreaking havoc on sectors and industries across the board. While communications and marketing has struggled as a whole to retain and recruit new, top-notch talent — non-profits and public sector have been hit especially hard by the challenges of limited promotional budgets and restrictions on what we can say publicly about salaries and culture.

During this SIG event, we’ll delve into the nitty gritty of recruitment and corporate branding when it comes to the public sector. We’ll discuss learnings, creative recruitment tactics, and how we can compete with the glitz and glamour of private sector hiring. Whether you’re struggling with recruitment, have some great wise practices to share, or you’re just curious and looking to connect with peers, we hope you’ll join us for what’s sure to be a big conversation!
